Dr. Órla NicDomhnaill is an organisational psychologist and C-suite advisor with 25 years of advisory, consulting and coaching experience, working with leading global organisations and their Boards, building organisational effectiveness, leadership awareness and strength, and senior team alignment. A licensed psychologist, Órla holds a PhD, an MPhil and an MA in Organisational Psychology from Columbia University (New York) and a first-class honours BA in Psychology from University College Dublin.

She has lived in Europe, the U.S. and Asia-Pacific while consulting globally. She specialises in CEO succession, senior team effectiveness, DE&I, executive coaching and development and passionately supports senior executives with their wellbeing and navigating pivotal career and life transition (parental coaching, onboarding coaching and critical role transition).

Dr. Marcia Reynolds is a Master Certified Coach with the ICF and considered one of the world’s leading coaches. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology, two Master’s degrees in Communications and Adult Learning and is on the faculty for coaching schools in the US, China, Russia, and the Philippines.

Bronwyn Bowery-Ireland is an Australian who has spent the last 14 years living and working in China and Hong Kong. She specialises in coaching regional, country and global managers of multinational corporations. Her experience in China has given her insight into how to do business in the region, different business models, Fintech and speed to market. In addition she has set up a CEO Group in Shanghai and a global online group for leaders. She is a regular writer on social media.

The Group comes together to share best practice, enhance strategic intelligence, determine market trends and future opportunities and focus on their leadership in order to strengthen their impact in the world. Bronwyn is a serial entrepreneur, having set up three business and sold two of them. She also worked as the Learning and Development Manager for f2 now Fairfax Digital. He has a rare combination of spending seven years as a Special Forces trained soldier, having trained for over twelve years in integrative, experiential psychology and psychotherapy, as well as being an accredited individual and qualified team coach.
